Do you take walk-ins?
You can walk in for a GP consultation during GP hours. Health screening and aesthetic consultations are by appointment, as they need a longer slot — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll hold a time for you.
Do you accept CHAS, MediSave or Healthier SG?
Yes — CHAS, MediSave and Healthier SG enrolment are accepted for eligible GP services. Mention it when you book and we’ll confirm what applies to your visit. Screening packages and aesthetic services are billed privately.
What are your opening hours? Are you open on Saturday?
Yes — Saturday: GP and family medicine 9:00am–12:00pm, with last registration at 11:00am; aesthetic services 9:00am–1:00pm. Weekdays: GP 9:00am–1:00pm and 2:00pm–6:00pm, aesthetic services 10:00am–8:00pm. Closed on Sundays and public holidays; message us on WhatsApp to check any same-day changes.
Is there parking?
Yes — the nearest is the multi-storey carpark at 808 French Road, Level 3, with a linked walkway across. There is also open-air parking around the surrounding blocks, and carpark spaces at V Hotel Lavender a short drive away. The step-by-step directions above cover the easiest route up to Level 2.
