Screening built around your history.
No fixed packages. What is worth checking depends on your age, medical history and risk — and every result is reviewed with you by Dr Sam Lua.
Book a screeningCatching things while they are still boring.
Screening looks for problems before they announce themselves — blood pressure creeping up, cholesterol drifting, blood sugar edging toward diabetes, early changes a busy life hides. Most of what screening finds is quietly fixable, which is the whole point of looking. When that fix involves weight, the follow-through is medical weight management.
It is not a guarantee against illness, and no panel can rule everything out. What it does is give you and your doctor a clearer picture than guesswork.
The panel is agreed with you first.
A baseline panel covers the essentials — core bloods and a full review. From there, depth is added where it is warranted: heart, liver, kidneys, thyroid, and cancer markers where appropriate. More is not automatically better; what is worth checking depends on your age, family history and what previous results have shown.
That is a short conversation before you book, and we are happy to have it.
Consult → Blood draw → Lab analysis → Reviewed with your doctor → A plan that’s yours
Screening is priced according to the panel chosen, and the cost is confirmed before anything is done. The panel and its price are agreed with you before any test is done.
A plan, not a printout.
Results should be read with you, not handed back as a page of asterisks. Numbers need context — a borderline result may be nothing at all, or the earliest useful warning you will get.
Every screening here ends with the doctor walking you through what each figure means and what, if anything, to do about it.
Unhurried
Time to go through your results with you and answer what is actually on your mind.
Explained clearly
What each number means for you, in plain language rather than jargon.

What to do beforehand.
Most panels need about eight to ten hours of fasting beforehand — plain water is fine. It also helps to bring past results if you have them, because trends tell us more than single numbers.
We confirm the exact preparation for your screening when you book.
